2.5

May 26, 2011
Happy two and a half year anniversary to Kyle and I! Although we've technically been together since October 4, 2008 I'll just go by the time that he first officially asked me to be his girlfriend. :)

What I've realized from our relationship:
You have to go through hard times to get to a place that you can actually appreciate. Hard times aren't meant to break you, just test you and see if you're right for each other. I'm happy with where we're at now. It's taken a while, but i'd say looking back it's been worth it. So, here's to making more memories and improving our relationship so it's the best it can be. :) Looking forward to what's in store.

Our Little Graduate.

Lukey Bear graduated from preschool! I thought it would be a bigger event than it turned out to be. My family and Kyle all went to watch and we made up more than half of the audience. The kids were so cute, they performed songs that they've been practicing. Lukey bear looked so little compared to most of the kids. He is soooo adorable. I got some great pictures of him in action...you'll see. :)
Congrats Lukey Bizzle! We all love you!
All the kids that graduated with him. Lukey's on the far right. :)

Mr. Itchy nose.

Look how little he is! Sooo cute! :)

Head Chef.

Monday was the funnest day ever. Kyle came over around 1:30 in the afternoon and we soon decided that we were going to make a magnificent cake. Which we did. We bought two chocolate cake boxes which made a three layer cake and about 16 cupcakes. Although it sounds all fun and games, that cake was harder to decorate than it looks so please don't judge. It looks awesome for a bunch of amateurs. ;) Kyle made our awesome chef hats and the cake making began. :)

Tuesday morning I wake up to a forwarded text from Brianne from Adri. We got the house that's right by the U!! I can literally walk to class. I wont be wasting gas to drive to school anymore and I wont have to waste my money on a ridiculous parking pass anymore! I'm sooooo excited! Saturday we make things official but until then there is one more house I'm determined to look at. Just making sure our choices are right. :)

Also at 4:00 pm I had my first ever job interview at Victorias Secret. It went ......ehhhh I'll skip all those details and just let everyone know if I get the job or not. Hahaha. I must day I did look pretty shnazzy though. Hopefully it all paid off. I find out in about a week if I am wanted for a second interview which then leads to getting hired. (Didn't think it was supposed to be this hard to become an employee at Victorias Secret!!) But oh well.
Tonight was the season finale of glee and all I can say is.. RACHEL AND FINNNNN! Ahhh I love them! Hahah I don't care if I sound crazed and obsessed. I can't wait to buy this season on dvd. :)

Last but not least, Thursday the 26th it's our two and a half year anniversary! Usually I wouldn't get all weird about a halfer but so far we haven't done anything spectacular to celebrate so I decided this time we are. :) Hope all goes well.

Picture This.

Now I know I never made a blog post about my visit to Cedar but I have good reason. I'm lazy. Hahahha just kidding it's really because Brianne already used some of my pictures for her blog and everything. I will say this though. Visiting Cedar is so much fun that it sucks. I mean that in the best way possible. I miss everyone in Cedar. I miss having friends that just enjoy sitting around talking. Holly, Brianne, and I are known for that. I don't have a single complaint about the things we do together. It's so great and relaxing to have a friend like Holly. We can just be ourselves and have a blast doing it. We gossip, watch movies, exercise (kinda), and laugh for the majority of the time we're together. I honestly wish Holly wouldn't have moved home the second semester of college. I miss her all the time. Five years of being best friends and you'd think that a little separation would be in order but that's definitely not the case.

Nicole and Tommy are the other great people we got to visit. We went for rides, got cokes, stayed up eating junk, and made one awesome campfire. ;) I miss Cookie soooo much. She's the best. We don't stay updated every single day with each others lives but I know that if I ever needed anything she'd be there for me and it's the most comforting feeling in the world. She's definitely the realistic and logical one in the family which is great for everyone but not so great for her. She gets to listen to 8 different versions of fights and then has to mediate them...all from four hours away.

Jamie and Brock. We have sooo much fun. It's the best time ever going to their house. I can't help but be a little bit jealous everytime we walk in the door. Their decorations are out of this world adorable. Not only do they have such a cute house, but they have even cuter faces. ;) Jamie is honestly hilarious. Even though I hate to admit it, and if you asked if I said it i'll deny it, the girl is funnier than me. She could quit her day job at IHOP and tell jokes on the corner and make bank. Hahahahah. Last but certainly not least, Brock. He is the best. Sooo flipping fun hearing all the things he has to say. The stories are the most entertaining ones i've ever heard. I love how obsessed he is with Lady Gaga, but I'm obsessed with his dance moves he sports when she's on. Needless to say it's a blast hanging out with these two.

But enough about Cedar.

Okay, I'm freaking out for Tuesday. I have an interview at Victorias Secret. I'm obsessed with the place. I don't want to tell everyone about it just in case I don't get hired. That will be embarrassingggg. But needless to say I'm prettty scared/excited to see the outcome. We'll just see. It would be awesome though if I did get hired. ;) I'll be one of them!!

No just kidding, I'm not that delusional. I'll just get to stare at them...all. day. long. (If I get hired!) Fingers crossed! :)

Since I'm already on my regular summer sleeping schedule which consists of going to bed at 5:00 am and waking up around 1:00 pm I decided to just post some pictures that I like from the internet. :) Just so my loyal followers can realize just how crazy I really am!

The last thing I will post about is Kyle since he's usually the last thing on my mind before I go to bed. Kyle is working a gunshow this weekend. It sucks that he's leaving. But oh well, that's life. ;) I know it's ridiculous but I'm terrified every time he works one of the shows that he has to fly to. California may be an awesome place to work but when you stress as much as I do it's not comforting to know that your boyfriend is on an airplane that could crash at any moment. Okay, I shouldn't say that, I don't want it to happen.
As far as jobs go, Kyle got hired at the airport! Thanks to my brother-in-law Ben for putting in a good word, Kyle will get an awesome opportunitiy. He'll be filling oxygen tanks, directing the airplanes, and getting the schedules to the pilots. (I think) Hahah. I might be wrong but either way that's great for him. I'm very proud of Kyle and his achievements. :) He makes me just about the luckiest person alive. I wouldn't trade it for the world.

Just for you.
Just because I love you.

May 10th, 2011

Since summer is finally here i'm free! I'm so excited that I don't have homework or lectures or anything like that. Hopefully the sun comes out soon though...but for good. :)

So yesterday I got to see Kyle for the first time in three days. Yeah, yeah, that doesn't sound long and I know i'm a baby for even complaining about not seeing him as much but I don't care. I like spending time with him. So he came over at like 2:00 ish and we just hung out until 7:00 until our reservation at Tuscany's. It was soooo gorgeous. The inside and outside was decorated like a cottage in a forrest. There were vines covering the whole builing inside and out, and the cooks cooked on a real fire! Hahah but that's not even the best part, the menus lit up! No really, like when you opened up the menu it had a little light behind the writing that lit up so you could read the menu with the dim lighting they had. It was so awesome! I got a ceaser salad which Kyle and I shared which we thought would be awesome..but it just ended up making us both sick. We had to get in touch with our classy sides and choke down the salad even though we were having the hardest time. I ate all of mine and immediately regretted it. Minus that little setback we had some great spaghetti. :) The dinner was beautiful though. It was by far the prettiest place i've been in a lonnnng time! I loved it! We took a tour outside because it had string lights and seats everywhere out there, and we took a ton of pictures. Why not? We don't usually get all fancy to go out. :) After dinner though we went and got redboxes and just hung out until Kyle went back to his Aunt's house. Needless to say it was the best day i've had in a long time and I definitely didn't want him to leave.

I love you Kyle. Thank you for everything you do for me.

There will come a time you'll see, with no more tears and love will not break your heart but dismiss your fears. That's why I hold with all I have.
